Yes. The Horticulture Building takes up to around four hundred and has genuine character — exposed brick and soaring ceilings — which changes the brief: the job is to work with the room rather than drape over it.
Lansdowne event days make loading genuinely difficult, so we confirm access arrangements in advance.
Parking and loading, not the room. Bank Street and the residential side streets are difficult on any event day and near-impossible when Lansdowne has something on.
The houses themselves are lovely to work in — high ceilings and good proportions — but they have original floors nobody wants marked, so we protect as standard.
