Areas We Serve

We deliver, set up and take down across the whole National Capital Region, and we do not charge a premium for being outside the downtown core.

Each area page below carries what genuinely differs there — the housing stock, the venues, the access constraint and the drive. A basement in an older Nepean home and an open great room in a new Barrhaven build are different jobs, and pretending otherwise is how setups end up not fitting.

Why the neighbourhood actually changes the quote. Not through travel charges — those are built into our normal pricing. It changes it through the room. Older Nepean, Alta Vista and Vanier housing has lower basement headroom, often under seven and a half feet, and narrower stairs with a turn at the bottom. Newer Barrhaven, Riverside South and Findlay Creek builds have height and wide doorways but few solid walls, so a setup is seen from three directions at once. The Glebe, Westboro and Sandy Hill bring heritage floors, stairs and genuinely difficult parking. Downtown condos require a booked service elevator and a certificate of insurance.

Both sides of the river. We cross to Gatineau, Hull and Aylmer regularly and work in English and French. The practical constraint there is bridge timing rather than distance — the Chaudière, Portage, Alexandra and Macdonald–Cartier crossings all queue at rush hour, so we schedule Quebec-side builds outside peak crossing times as routine.

Beyond the city. Kemptville, Carleton Place, Almonte, Arnprior, Rockland and Embrun are all inside our normal service area. For those we plan a longer setup window and bring everything in one load, because a forgotten item is a fifty-minute round trip rather than a five-minute one.
