About the studio
The ceremonies
nobody else sets up
Most Ottawa decorators can build a backdrop. Far fewer own an Arsi Mushaf mirror, a nikah divider curtain dressed on both sides, a set of Rajasthani umbrellas, a takhat, or the materials to make a gotta-worked sehra.
We built our inventory around the ceremonies our clients actually hold — mayon, dholki, mehndi, sangeet, jago, nikah, barat, walima, baat pakki, aqiqah and Eid — because approximating them with general party décor does not work, and families can tell.

We size it to the room
We check ceiling height, access time and what the venue allows, then quote a build that actually fits. If your access window will not carry what you want, we say so now rather than on the day.

03 — Celebrate
We build and strike
We set up before guests arrive and come back to take it all down. You do not touch a thing, and the room is left exactly as we found it.

We do not charge a premium for being outside the downtown core.
We quote on the room and the build rather than publishing packages, because a fixed package almost always means paying for something you do not need.

We own the specific pieces these ceremonies need: Arsi Mushaf mirrors, nikah divider curtains, sehras, decorated dupattas, varmala garlands, takhats and Rajasthani umbrellas. Most Ottawa decorators do not.
Yes, always, and it is included in every quote. We deliver, install and strike everything ourselves — it is not subcontracted.
We do not do warehouse pickup.
Yes. Every backdrop, divider and frame we own is freestanding and weighted, so we need no wall fixings, no ceiling rigging and no tape.
That is why we can work in masjids, municipal halls, condo party rooms and heritage properties.
For 2026, as early as you can — we are already taking bookings for summer 2026 and peak spring and summer Saturdays fill first.
For a small home event, four to six weeks is usually workable. Short notice is always worth asking about: if the date is free, we will take it.
Yes — a large share of our work is in family homes rather than venues. Mayons, dholkis, aqiqahs, engagements, birthdays and Eid setups especially.
Everything is freestanding and sized for domestic rooms. Send a photo of the space and we will tell you what fits.
